Just bought it waiting for it to ship, I’ve placed a 3 for now and I’ll come back to edit it with my full review of the tv.Hopefully I’ll have a review up by 10/30/11Okay I’m back, let me just say this tv is worth the money I paid.

The picture is crisp the sound is great and the price is worth it.
You do have to play around with the settings though. I found the picture is best when you turn off the Ambient light sensor. otherwise it’s just way to dark. This is just my first day impression though. I’ll come back if anything happens with this tv.
So far so good thoughViewing angle is good I’m about 2 feet in front of it and about 6 feet to the right and I still see he picture very well. The remote is fine, feels nice doesn’t get stuck.

Customer Rating A mixed bag, 2011-07-16
This review is from: VIZIO 32 Inch
CONS: Disappointing black level–details are lost in shadows or dimly-lit scenes. Can be adjusted somewhat, but blacks become greyish and picture may be overbright or washed out.

Color accuracy is not the best–I wasn’t able to fully converge the cyan and magenta with my calibration program and blue glasses. This model uses a Chi Mei V315H3-L03 panel.

Tuner has trouble picking up certain SD channels. They appear grainy or contain vertical bars similar to interference or noise. (This isn’t an issue with my cable connection as I can plug in another TV and it’s fine.)

The Vizio logo on the front of the TV glows white when the unit is off. You can set the logo to be dark while the TV is on, but it switches back when you power off.

The panel is somewhat glossy and reflective so you can easily see glare. Viewing angle is not that wide. There’s a significant loss of contrast once you move too far left or right, or if you’re looking down or up at the panel instead of being at eye-level.

Remote control unit has buttons which require a firm press in order to engage, and certain buttons feel like they’re getting stuck momentarily.

Pushing the volume up/down button only brings up the on-screen display; you have to press again in order to actually change the volume. Also the volume isn’t as granular as I would prefer. Each step gives you a moderate change rather than a minor one. Sound quality is tinny with very little bass.

PROS: Picture quality is good for everyday viewing. HD channels are vivid and sharp.

Absolutely no buzzing or humming noise from the backlight. Powers up quickly and has relatively fast channel switching.

IR sensor is pretty responsive; you don’t need to aim the remote directly at it, unlike some other Vizio models.

Modern and sleek-looking chassis with attractive pedestal stand. Surprisingly thin for a CCFL model.
(Note: As of this date, Amazon has pictures of the E321MV in the description. Go to the Vizio web site for the correct pictures.)

    Customer Rating Not Working…, 2011-08-27

I bought the TV and received it yesterday, when we got it out of the box the picture was a little fuzzy at first but started to clear up. Today the TV won’t even turn on.I’ve tried unplugging it (from the outlet and from the TV itself) but it doesn’t seem to make any difference. Fortunately Amazon has really easy returns.
